This is a salvaged accelerator cable for an Opel Manta or Ascona A series. It would be suitable for the UK market right hand drive versions of the following models:
As can be seen from the attached images the outer casing is in very good condition all clean and shiny.
The part number shown on the outer casing is 90 076 347 FG 9 82
The inner cable is also in very good condition too; I suspect that it has been repaired, replaced or modified from original. Please note the unorthodox but practical repair to the accelerator pedal fitting. It looks like a self tapping screw set in Araldite or similar two pack adhesive. This isn't a pretty fix, but may well work just as well as original spec.
The last time I checked on the price of replacement Opel Manta A series accelerator cables in Germany they were over £50, at £15 delivered this one is certainly a bargain not to be missed. Obsolete GM spares are not exactly plentiful in the UK, this is the very last of my stock and I will not be replacing them, so don't hang about if this is what you need for your classic Opel.
