This is a trim piece from the centre section of the sports steering wheel fitted to the Opel Ascona & Manta A series, in the UK this would be found on the SR, Rallye, Berlinetta and Turbo models. It is a new old stock part made by GM for Opel with the part number 9 14 336.

• Opel Ascona A series - 70-75

When I had a Manta A series of this vintage I found that these pads can get quite sticky with age. It wasn't dirt, it seemed more like the plastic was decomposing thanks to years of sunlight exposure. Given the widespread sharing of parts between so many Vauxhall and Opel models it could be suitable for a variety of other vehicles. It is priced at £10, the price includes delivery within the UK. I can send to some European locations too, but please ask for a quote first as this could be quite a high sum.
